My only complaint here is the description states shipping as bubble wrapped and foam in an oversized box, it was a USPS mini box the same size as the HDD inside a sealed plastic bag with 3 packing peanuts. Not exactly the best, but it did arrive in good condition.

I tried contacting the seller multiple times and never received any response. Returned through eBay returns. Now the seller has blocked me from ordering a replacement. No customer service at all. I understand that mistakes happen, but there was no attempt to make it right and then to block me as if I did something wrong. All I ever wanted was the correct part that I ordered. We committed a mistake and we issued a full refund. The moment you open a return, we have no item , payment is on hold and we loose shipping both ways, what's the point in contacting you at that point? loose time too? A simple message would had gotten you an other chip shipped the same day, but the customer gave us no opportunity to correct the issue. I recommend buyers to block "sdave_lxk" as well.

Sent a message back to the seller and receive communication back saying they would send a part to replace and fix the issue. Receiver the part and installed, now the game boots up fine and working!
