  Great seller, would by from them again. Very happy with my purchase, I love it! Item looks just like pictured and described. Very, vey well and safely packaged. The item was sent within 5 days and I recieved it after only 16 days (much faster than expected). After my purchase the seller sent a message to make sure I would let them know if anything went wrong. They left a note in the package, too. Very nice. Thank you!

  The item was shipped quickly and arrived on time and was packed with another order that I made with this seller. The plushie was new but it was not packaged well. The plush was packaged in a bag so the plastic/cardboard that is in the base was warped because package got smashed in transit. I was able to kind of bend it back into decent shape. Despite the plush not being in optimal condition upon arrival, I would still buy from the seller. I appreciate the communication from the seller.

  I originally gave a negative review but I’m updating to positive because of the excellent communication from this seller. They took the time to investigate the problem with shipping and corrected it.
