    Product description "power's on" apparently meant a noisy volume control and no picture raster from TV, fast delivery, poor packaging but miraculously no damage inside of box, shipping material was a few wraps of thin material and paper, item was loose in box when received, see attached pictures. Seller needs to pack expensive items ... this was about $350 item poorly packaged nearly falling out of the package. Use bubble-wrap, then you can't go wrong!

    What an awesome purchase! Everything was perfect: shipping, packaging, as described, value. To find a 60-year-old item new in the box was very exciting. The regulator was removed from the packaging, points cleaned and immediately put into service. Thank you

    I reached out to the seller to see if we could come to resolution since the item arrived perfectly packaged & in great condition, but unfortunately didn’t work which wasn’t indicated in the description listing. I had bought another item to go with this item that’s was nonrefundable & was giving them together as a gift without enough time to get a replacement. The seller offered no solution except a return which wasn’t really an option considering the above. I was hoping we could work it out.
