Seller then messages after purchase and says they need to charge an extra 10usd for shipping to Canada. Looking into it, this seems to go against Ebay s policies so I asked for a refund. If the customer base is going to be outside India, shipping rates should be included in listing and not falsely advertised as free shipping .
