    i messaged the seller and ask him a question, he promptly messaged back. part came very will packaged, put the part in the stove and the stove is working fine. oh and i had left the part in the cart over the weekend, had gotten a message from the seller that he had dropped the price 10 bucks, nice!

    This is my second time dealing with this vendor. They are excellent. Great communication. They ship immediately. I place order Sunday night part ship Monday morning and I received it Wednesday afternoon. This was my experience with a past order as well. Parts have always worked out of box. Packaging has always been great. First part lasted 2 years and 5 months. Six month warranty with easy to understand return.

    Arrived in a timely manner and well padded shipping box. It worked just as well as new, I would recommend this seller to anyone. Also offered advice inside the box as to how to proceed should the board's swapout not fix the problem. Offered help and assistance contacts as well.

    Actually I ordered part and it arrived quickly and I did some research on my part that I was replacing and found out I had ordered the wrong part from John. (My part number wore off the part) I explained my situation and unfortunately My part was not available and John helped me through refund process. Great customer service and I will check to see if he has any of the parts I need in the future!!

    Fantastic seller. I asked for excellerated shipping as my refrigerator stopped working. Seller shipped same day and my part arrived three days faster! My old relay and compositor started on fire. Excellent seller, I highly recommend them. I added photos of my fried out parts.
