  The Bolero Cowboy Hat arrived at my residence within the timeframe that I was given by the Seller and the eBay website. The Hat was delivered being well packaged, clean, and intact from the Seller and the USPS! The Hat looked as photographed on the eBay website. The price was very reasonable also! I am pleased with my purchase.

  Seller quickly packaged and mailed the hat. Hat appears to be in excellent condition as depicted by the pictures. Original shipping company handed this off to post office for final delivery. Hat had to be carefully packaged and arrived in great condition. Shipping costs seem reasonable given the necessary care needed and two carriers splitting up the delivery.

  The hat came today and I am immensely pleased. While UPS apparently “lost” the package for 5 days, it reappeared after phone calls from me. The shipping time was not Gregg (the sellers) fault, as he delivered it to UPS the day it was ordered, and was supportive and ready to leap into action to recover my hat. Very positive review.
