  This item arrived earlier than anticipated and it was new as opposed to used. That was great. The seller reached out to me as soon as it was purchased. I was happy to get this item as new considering many are selling it used at a much higher price. The value compared to others is great and the item arrived without any issue. Even though the packaging of the game is Korean, it plays in English on my Switch. I would purchase from this seller again

  I’m very pleased with the shipping time from Korea. I had in issue with the item I purchased and they worked with me to resolve the issue and were fast to issue a fast refund. While it wasn’t their issue an unopened didn’t not work they were quick to communicate and now have a satisfied customer. They communication was the most impressive to me.

  Was able to get partial refund on item after communicating with them after return date had passed even tho they where not required to do so. Great customer service thank you again.

  The item is exactly as described. Well packaged (too much plastic though). Shipping was not fedex as the seller told me; still not that slow.
