I contacted the seller about my issue and they responded very quickly. They asked if I wanted a full refund or if I wanted to wait a week for a new shipment. I have family coming over to play so I accepted the refund. They told me to keep it and apologized. Very good seller just wish I had the time to wait.

It arrived in a well packaged box and was well wrapped in bubble wrap. It arrived a little late, but that was more the USPS issue than the seller’s. For the price paid and the overall appearance of the console, I would definitely buy from this seller again.
