Communication with seller is a bit complicated, I think it is a language barrier type of problem. UPS required and extra 447 for import taxes. The machine was drop shipped from the manufacturer. Packaged very well and of course no instructions. That's the main reason I bought from this seller. But, four days later I was surprised to receive notice that another $87.50 was due for Import Fees; as it was actually shipped from China instead.
