  Bought this Saniflo as a replacement for my elderly parents. Had to wait for it to be plumbed in but all seems to be well. It’s doing what it is meant to do I believe. Seller was on form with an email thanking me for the order and letting me know when it had been dispatched. Packaging was good, marked as fragile. Arrived well within the time stated. Overall, happy with product and seller. Hope it lasts now that I have done a review 😉

  Seller: Good communication. Well packaged. Reasonable price. Could se it had been checked and extra shipping padding added inside the box and resealed. Item: I've bought two of this identical model before from another seller (5 years ago). One was a spare. They are reasonable quality, silent and reliable, easy to fit, have lots of included accessories and flexible fitting options. Our first lasted 5 years of fairly heavy daily showers, toilet and sink use for 2 adults - so not bad for the price.
