  A+ seller! Received item as described, well packaged for shipment in factory carton and fast shipping. After sales customer service is outstanding. Customer service representatives respond in 24 hours or less due to time zone differences. They want very much to make you happy. Very positive experience for me and great value for the money.   This seller went above and beyond after I screwed up my address on my order (I put in the street address for where I am staying for work, but the city, state, and zip for my home address 900 miles away). They were quick to respond when I realized my mistake and then they contacted the delivery service to correct the delivery address. I won't hesitate to order from them again.

  They shipped quickly but there was a shipping delay. Then the package arrived severely damaged. Even though the packaging was very good, it appeared to have had a fall so bad that a few part inside showed impact damage! Got a full refund...and I was allowed to keep the damaged unit. No idea if actually works though as I haven't been able to test it due to my work itinerary. A bit disappointed, but the customer service was good.

  Well, I'm writing about service and not product. Due to a stocking error by ebay, our item never arrived. They said they were rrying to locate another in a warehouse but would also refund if i wanted. We were notified that this error was made and they sent us a free gift. In the end, it was never found. They gave us a code for a discounted upgraded model which we are going to buy. Anycubic was great to work with, even when I was a grumpy customer.

  Great purchase! Full disclosure: when my printer arrived it did not work. I reached out to their customer support and they were extremely helpful troubleshooting with me and ended up having to send me a replacement. I was bummed at first but the support team made it very worthwhile. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again in the future.
