Sometimes buying these secondhand or 'unrepaired' printers can be a little bit hit and miss, but in this case I got lucky. Printer was brand new in box, had never been unpacked or turned on, still had the tape and plastic wrap on the screen. I absolutely love the Kobra 2 Pro, this is my third unit and I have never had any problem with them, they are a great quality build. Delivered in super fast time, great communication, incredible value for money. AAA+++
