  I had schedules issues for work and could not get to pick up the item from post office before they close. So I don’t have the item yet to use. I am really wanting the item but darn post office closes before I can get there. And they refuse to use the parcel large Locked containers for their customers to pick up the items after their hours open. So it has been a nightmare getting packages because they won’t use the large parcel lock boxes that we always had available for probably 40 plus years

  Everything was as described. Great value! Looks like new and prints perfectly. ! Clean thermal printing. No more paper jams, yay! Packaging was great, shipping was a little slower than I had hoped, but it's ok.
