  Sadly this item has been lost by the post office. The seller has been fantastic in contacting me and trying to set things right! However, it is NOT THEIR fault the post office lost the item (even with a tracking number). This is an outstanding seller who will do the right thing for their buyers! I am happy with the seller. The post office, not so much. I recommend the seller and I am certain I will be working with them again, on a different item.

  EXCELLENT packaging and expedient shipping. Through no fault of the seller, the postal service delivered to the wrong entrance at our home. We have had steady, hard rain and when I finally found the package it was soaked. Imagine my delight that the painting and frame were snug and tight inside a perfectly wrapped shipping envelope. I can’t thank the seller enough for the care shown. Well done!
