    Hi there! I originally ordered 4 strips of anti slip for my 4 outside wooden steps then realised I could do with 2 strips on each tread so I went into my purchases and reorder clicking the buy again! But they was a problem with the order so I only got 1!after contacting them! They sent me the other 3 free of charge and postage paid which was brilliant but they didn't really need to do that as it's eBay that's at fault because when you click to buy again it reverts to single item! So topnotch guy

    (2nd related purchase - feedback as before). Excellent all round! Helpful advice readily given before purchase, great communication throughout, a quality product at a really unbeatable price - and delivered to my door literally less than 24 hours after ordering! (Brilliant choice of courier too). Now, I'm quite a grumpy old dinosaur, so lavish praise really isn't my thing, but this seller real does set the gold-standard on service. Thanks very much.

    Unfortunately I didn't receive my items but this wasn't the seller's fault rather it was the fault of the courier having delivered my items to the wrong address and were never recovered. The seller was apologetic and made a full refund without ant fuss so I am leaving a positive feedback because of this.
