    Item was packaged very well and with a lot of care. Item received as described. Seller willing to work with you on pricing. Shipped very quickly by seller. Unfortunately USPS is the worst shipper out there. Took at least a week to 10 days longer than it should’ve. Item was within an hour of my house in NJ then shipped to Massachusetts for no apparent reason. Not the sellers fault. Seller was proactive in communication and made multiple attempts to track package down. Would buy from seller again.

    Packed carefully. Exactly as described. The seller apologized for not shipping it right away as he was out of town and included an extra item as a thank you gift. This was so nice, especially since I said I wasn’t in a hurry at all and shipping later would be fine. Great transaction.

    FedEx misplaced package and the seller was quick to get with FedEx to get the issue fixed. Even offered to send me another Tricycle to cover the one that was lost. Finally got the product in and it was as described. Great customer service and very quick to help with any issues that may arise. I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat.

    This antique piece arrived safe, sound and very fast. It was packed with the utmost care and is truly as magnificent as described. The packing material was so clean and the layer upon layer kept the centerpiece tightly protected. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!
