  I would absolutely buy from this seller again. Communication was excellent and shipping was fast. The item was as described. I ended up returning the item due to an error on my part not looking closely at the dimensions. The return process was seamless.

  Boots were new in box as advertised, and at an amazing price compared to other sites! They arrived well-packaged and very quickly. I'm still breaking the boots in, but they were pretty comfortable right out of the box. Very happy with the value and quality of the boots and the overall purchase; I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

  The seller sent the wrong shoes. The shoes were marketed as new with tags but they are clearly worn. They sent Balenciaga shoes that retail for half the price of the shoes that I ordered. I asked if they had the correct shoes in stock if I return the wrong shoes, they wouldn’t send me a photo of the correct shoes. I asked if they could do an exchange they said no. I asked if I could buy another pair of shoes for a discounted rate, they said no. Horrible experience. Do NOT recommend.

  Hi! First, YES I shipped the wrong pair of Balenciaga. My Mistake. Now, on to the buyer. I've sold here 15 years with 28,000 perfect Designer Feedback. This Buyer was interesting. He refused to use the FREE return label that would have refunded him once they arrived. INSTEAD he wanted me to ship another pair and allow him to have those at 50% off due to my error. He then threatened a negative feedback, which is fine. I don't deal with extortion. He stated he "doesn't return items"....SCAM.
