  Seller was quick to respond to feedback and issued a full refund for product. I didn’t know the feedback given would go to the seller and result in a refund, and am thankful for how they handled the sale in order to keep customers satisfied. As someone who had never used eBay, I was thankful for their communication and commitment to pleasing a customer. Shipping was indeed out of their control and they went beyond and refunded that amount as well.
