  Absolutely stellar watch and customer service. He answered all my questions well before purchasing. I also appreciated I was able to verify the watch's authenticity with the manufacturer from the numbers provided in the picture. The transparency was ideal. The watch arrived extremely quickly, and the personal touches in the package were perfect. The watch is in pristine condition as described. 100% recommend this seller.   My watch arrived from Japan in 3 days which is outstanding. It was packaged with great care and came in a beautiful presentation case. Additionally it also came with a spare watch strap clasp, a packet of tissues and a cleaning cloth. The watch is actually better than described, and came fitted with a brand new strap. Ooyama really pays attention to detail and provided excellent service. A first class Ebayer who I would thoroughly recommend. 👌 AAA*

  My experience with Ooyama was excellent. They shipped the watch (60s/70s lord seiko) I ordered promptly, and it delivered to me in the U.S. within a couple days. The packaging was very thorough, and even included a case, microfiber cloth, and personalized thank you. The watch looked exactly as described, and was a great price. I’m not sure if Ooyama had the watch serviced, but it’s running +/- 10 seconds per day!

  Very positive experience. Watch was better than described. Shipping was prompt, and the packaging was double boxed with plenty of bubble wrap. The seller included a personal hand-written note with my name and a pretty presentation box for the watch with a ribbon tied in a bow. I was so impressed I sent the seller a hand-written note to their physical store address. I would be more than happy to buy from this seller again.

  Ooyama san is an impeccable retailer who takes great care in his product description and fast shipment. The whole buying experience was flawless, the product received is exactly like the product description suggested. Shiptment was very fast, communication clear and the product was packaged in a very secure way, with some cute packaging that made it an extra pleasure to open the box. Great value for the price, I will come back to this retailer for my next watch.
