  Customer care 5 stars. We had major issues with shipping (evri) . Missed deliveries and after 2 weeks ended back with seller. Sent out again via ups and finally arrived. Well packed and seller kept me up to date with messages.

  after the first delivery got lost in the post. Tim's after sales assistance was impeccable and very helpful to amend this issue. it took a little longer than expected but was corrected promptly. as for the reels they are great at a fantastic price. packaging was excellent and well protected. all in all a fantastic service provided. I recommend this seller to everyone and will definitely use again. 10/10 A++++

  Excellent service. Originally ordered the wrong package but with a few messages exchanged Tim was able to swap a few items out for what I needed. He also upgraded the items to next day delivery at no extra cost. The nephew loved his present thanks again. Will be ordering again at Christmas I imagine 😁

  Ordered the hero x rod pod from another seller was worried about this being a scam as I did the other but this is exactly as advertised the hero x bite alarm set quality and packaging was great came in good condition no brakes or scratches all came snug in the box the value of these are great for what you get & the Appearance on these bite alarms are wikid especially with the matching set Delivery time was 3 days no complaints from me

  Thanks, quick delivery. I will admit they did kiss one item. But I contacted the seller who was extremely helpful and they sent it out in the post straight away. We all make mistakes sometimes, it's how we deal with them that counts. This seller was hassle free and I would recommend using them a.d I would use them again too. 10/10 service! Thanks
