  All I can say is my item was poorly packaged. When I opened it the beads went flying all over. I ordered 20pc set and was only able to find 10. I notified the seller and was offered a partial refund not a replacement. They did address my issue very quickly and the money is going to the original payment method. I would have preferred a replacement. Refund, better than nothing.
