  Good knife especially for the price. Keeps its edge great if you cut on normal cutting boards. The last one didn't like cutting on cast iron and the edge got dull (expectedly)

  Very nice person. A real pleasure to deal with. I accidentally got the wrong color sent (things happen) and he handled it immediately! Not only did he solve the problem he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend this seller. Once I'm back in the states would love to do business with him again.
