  My order of two items arrived with one being damaged and unusable. The seller for their exceptional professionalism. They were very proactive in their communication and promptly issued a 50% refund, which I found to be a very fair and satisfactory resolution. According to the seller, products are quality-checked prior to shipment, indicating the damage was likely transit-related. Despite the initial issue, the overall service was excellent.
