  My package was shipped the very next day and got to me so fast! When it arrived, it was so huge I thought I had ordered something my mistake. As it turns out, it was huge because each piece was packaged so delicately and professionally, twice in bubble wrap and also with packing peanuts! Exactly as described, best price on the internet for what I wanted! Thanks you!

  I am a multiple-times returning customer and really like this seller. She’s a pro at packing china! The USPS could’ve kicked the boxes out the back of the truck and these pieces would still have been just fine! It’s always as described and beautiful.   Due to the holidays, our package was delivered by FedEx somewhere else. I wrote Andreas Antiques for assistance on Christmas and they immediately responded. They had true care and empathy for our potential loss. They also helped open a case for me with FedEx and kept in communication with me through 12/27 when FedEx must have got the package from the wrong delivery address and dropped it off today. Truly an awesome outcome via tremendous customer service and partnership!

  Dishes were in impeccable condition, and exactly as described and pictured. I was worried about shipping because they are so fragile, but the seller packaged these so well, as soon as I opened the box I knew if there is any breakage, it isn't going to be her fault. I've only pulled out a couple of pieces (still at the office), but I'm so in love with them already!

  Shipping was fast but the carrier left the package in the rain, the packaging on the other hand was absolutely fantastic. I recommend the seller based on that alone. The item came as described.
