    I am very happy with the product. It was packaged very well and well protected. The photos taken showed all that needed to be known about the bag. The slight strand hanging from it I will trim and it was photographed so I was aware before the purchase. It smelled like the luxurious marc jacobs leather bags. Shipping was super fast . Everything is as described. Cards of authenticity were included. What a deal thank you.

    Came exactly as described. Wish it were shipped in a box though. The item was not protected from poor handling during shipping. Just wrapped in foam.

    Seller was prompt, took initiative contacting me and the shipper to find out why tracking was unavailable. Before I could contact them. Communicated with me throughout and offered me a prompt refund and discount on another purchase when the courier company lost the item even though it wasn’t their fault the item was lost.
