    Tiny mixup on the key but seller instantly refunded and insisted on not returning the item. Despite the mixup, the harmonica was in perfect, new condition as advertised and it arrived quickly. Excellent experience with this vendor and will be a returning customer.

    Excellent seller. This is 2nd Nuvo recorder I bought from the seller. Great item, works perfectly. Seller always sends tested n working items. Really fast shipping. If you want to buy Nuvo, should buy from this seller. I bought a Nuvo Dood from a different seller and that seller tried to pass a defective piece to me.
