  This wig is horrible. I contacted the seller and they lied repeatedly. They said the wig was bleached and obviously it is not. This place advertises bleached wigs and know the difference. They say they asked their stylist and he said it was bleached and he lied also. They also lied bout the tariff charges. They are scammers and sell only cheap quality. There are many other wig places out there with way better prices and great quality and actually bleach knots that look very natural.

  The buyer deliberately offered a low price, refused to bear the import duties, made unreasonable demands and even abused us. Every one of our wigs was bleached knots, and no other customers have complained about us not bleached the wig knots.

  Amazing! This is my third wig purchase from this vendor. Once again, my only issue, is that the two tracks sewn on the actual cap underneath it, are a bit too close to the front of the wig. Please move them back a little. Other than that, I love this unit! The color blend was a little different than the picture, but I still like it very much, and appreciate the vendor, who is a great communicator, showing photos beforehand. I do like that there was no harsh ombre color line, too. A+ purchase!

  Great experience as always. I have used this shop for my braiding hair many times and every time my hairdresser tells me this is great hair. I would recommend this shop to others needing braiding hair. Shipping is also super fast.

  I loved everything about this purchase. The communication, the follow up, the photos after the wig was made and fast shipping. The unit itself is wonderful! The color is realistic, the lace is solid quality, and the density is spot on. I could not be more pleased.

  Wrong item sent. It was agreed that seller would substitute the item for another. Refunded money but that prolonged receipt of a replacement. Not satisfied with communication or follow through.

  The buyer opened a return for refund request,we have to give her full refund after we receive the returned wig.She can buy a new wig use the refund.
