  Wonderful honest seller. I purchased the Catzilla mug, originally one of 4 identical mugs offered, based on the photos however when the seller went to package the mug it was realized the mug in the photo had been sold. I was immediately contacted and offered either a refund or to purchase the remaining mug after viewing photos the seller included with the notification . Sadly, the mug had a flaw and I received a full refund. Although I didn’t get my mug it was still a very positive experience

  Shipping time was quite fast and the package was very protected. A small mishap happened when the shipping company didn’t scan the item but the seller communicated very well. Amazing seller!

  Package arrived quicker than expected! It's exactly as described and in great condition - was new. Was very pleased with the transaction. This item was marked down and seller dropped price a little more and that sealed the deal. Would definitely order from this seller again.

  This piece is so gorgeous! It was exactly as described w/its colors so beautifully vibrant! I was somewhat disappointed in its size (it was represented correctly) so that’s on me! It was packaged VERY well in a strong box. S&H charges were also VERY fair. The Seller & I communicated several times & they were able to work w/me on pricing, which helped my budget so much!! Thank you! I would recommend this seller & have added them to my favorites list for future purchases. Thank you again!
