All of our items are stored inside of a clean, temperature controlled environment. Despite this, sometimes stored items can become that way if they are missing silica packets to absorb any moisture that may enter the clear bags our items come in. I imagine that is what happened here, a lack of silica packets for the size of item. I will reach out to you so we can resolve this issue. Thank you so much! -Kristen
