  My item arrived very quickly, packaged in new packaging. Pawn inspection it is a very good quality watch, has a really great appearance and also a excellent fit. I did have one issue with the screensaver, and one of the functions for adding contacts. I did contact seller and they took very good initiative to getting those issues resolved not only in a timely manner but for my benefit so that I am able to enjoy the watch.

  Five star seller, I have lost the charging lead and can't get a replacement lead. Not their fault, but would be good if they replied to my request for a replacement charging lead.
