    My daughter is so happy her labubu came in today. Shipping was fast and the item was as described. It was an authentic labubu unlike some others out there. I don’t get why these things are so expensive for a little doll but my daughter said they are what’s in. The price was fair compared to others. The seller is great and will respond fast if you have any issues or questions.

    The first order for my daughters Labubu was messed up due to the shipping carrier. The box was a mess. Reached out to the seller and they had a new one shipped out the next day! Great service and communication!! Will definitely be ordering again.

    Complicated but excellent. Original package vanished within the USPS system without a trace (which could happen to anyone these days), but seller sent a replacement forthwith that arrived fine. Excellent communication and service. Thank you.
