    The seller shipped immediately but UPS lost the package. Seller resolved the issue asap and reshipped a replacement, which I received promptly. For that, I give this seller an exceptional rating because they took care of me even though it was no fault of theirs. I would buy again from this seller anytime!!

    The shipping was Fantastic, received in 3 days. The cartridge wouldnot eject the ink. The seller immediatley refunded purchase price, no questions asked. Very professional. Will buy again when needed!

    Fast shipping: this item arrived 4 days sooner than the delivery estimate. It was neatly packed and looks like a completely new calculator. As it was listed “for parts or repair” we are currently testing to see how and when it malfunctions before deciding whether to attempt repair or to part it out. Either way the price was reasonable and the free shipping was a great incentive to buy it.

    Rating is due to my thoughts on ink cartridges not the seller. They were great. It arrived as described and tightly wrapped and protected. Great seller but cartridges are still messed up.
