  This item was exactly as described on Ebay. The box was in pristine condition and still sealed with the factory plastic wrap. It looked absolutely new, all-around. The price was very reasonable and it was packed very carefully, so no damage occurred during shipment. It was shipped fast and arrived very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again and look forward to future transactions.

  Item received in excellent condition. Good packaging and fast shipping after completed payment. Brand new item sealed in a plastic bag. Fair pricing with minimal shipping fee. Made up of high quality steel with high tensile strength. Seller responded promptly to queries. Bought this for my older Hutch Aerospeed crank set of GDH size because non-GDH install tool is only applicable for newer generation cranks. Highly recommended store!

  I purchased this 5-Pack for less than I could buy it at the store $6.25. $2.99 to ship it. Seller bubble wrapped it put it in a good box, stuffed with packing bags. When I received it (On Time), it looked like it just came out of a new case. This is great seller.

  The package was lost and the seller was awesome and gave me a refund after it was marked delivered but never arrive. We waited a week and this seller did a great job of taking care of me. Almost 2 weeks of it being lost, it finally arrived. I asked if I should mail it back or if the refund could be canceled. The refund couldn't be canceled and the seller told me it was OK to keep the items. 5 stars. Great communication from the seller. I trust in them 200% and would buy again from the seller.
