Made up of high quality steel with high tensile strength. Seller responded promptly to queries.   The package was lost and the seller was awesome and gave me a refund after it was marked delivered but never arrive. We waited a week and this seller did a great job of taking care of me. Almost 2 weeks of it being lost, it finally arrived. I asked if I should mail it back or if the refund could be canceled. The refund couldn't be canceled and the seller told me it was OK to keep the items. 5 stars. Great communication from the seller. I trust in them 200% and would buy again from the seller.

  Seller shipped the wrong item Customer service is terrible 48 hours to reply Last item I ordered from this seller they shipped it to Alaska Got a partial refund and threw the item away cause its cheaper to order the item from another seller than to waste my time and gas to return an item sent by incompetent seller.
