    S'well insulated water bottle was advertised as NEW, but was USED. Seller took 12 days to ship. He apologized and said he would include two extra bottles, but did not.

    Sent not a shirt where the artwork was totally different then what was advertised and purchased. Also sent the shirt in size XL, not an L size which was ordered. Would have kept the wrong shirt if the size was a L. When seller was contacted I was advised he would send the correct shirt. Waited two weeks and contacted seller again. Seller advised me to be patient. Still no shirt months later. Refuse to contact seller again.
