    Sehr netter Händler und sehr angenehmer Kontakt! Ich bat den Händler um möglichst schnelle Zusendung, da ich den Koffer zeitnah benötige. Mir wurde sofort sehr nett geantwortet. Der Koffer wurde mir zwei Tage später ausgeliefert. Habe mich über die sehr schnelle Lieferung sehr gefreut. Artikelzustand, genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und kann nur sehr positives berichten. Kaufe jederzeit wieder gerne bei dem Unternehmen ein!

    this seller was bar none one of the best i've encountered on ebay. not only was the item fantastic but seller was willing to provide fastest shipping after we communicated that i needed item before i went out of town for a business trip. i believe there was an evening when seller stayed up til 2am to continue corresponding to get shipping info from me. i am very sorry that happened but it's an indication of the high level of customer service! will buy from seller again!

    Excellent and quick communication. The seller was able to arrange special expedited shipping at the last moment, and the item was packed well.. The item was well documented photographically online. The suitcase I received was in excellent condition and the wheels and extendable handle work function smoothly.
