  laptop came as described!! it came in the original box and packaging as well as in its box. it was packaged great! everything was brand new and in its original packaging involving the charger, still had the screen protector sheet and everything. really needed this exact replacement and was so happy I could find it here. shipping was quick and reliable, and I couldn’t be happier. it was hard to find this exact one to replace mine so thank you thank you thank you!!

  Great transaction, seller was responsive and shipped in a timely manner. Packaging was a little sub par, not enough padding within the box, to keep laptop box from bouncing around inside, no apparent damage during shipping though. Item arrrived as described, brand new unopened. Will do business with seller again.
