  Great eBay seller, excellent communications, accurate description, good packaging and very fast shipping, with the package arriving four days earlier than expected. The accessories are in good condition and were reasonably priced. I am adding this seller to my favored sellers list!

  Was listed as new, but wasn't shipped in original packaging, just loose in a padded envelope. Couldn't tell if it was new or very lightly used, however it does work. Should have been listed as an open box item however.

  Hi, Sorry you were not happy. We had sold may of these in the past. They came from a production line lot auction. When the end users buy a lot of the same part they often come in a bulk pack. Small lots will sometimes come in a retail box. We did not list this as open box because that is often considered store returns. Thank You Glenn & Sue
