  The seller response was prompt and professional. The item was broken in transit by the shipping company despite bubble wrap, foam, and box. It appears as if the shipping company dropped the package; shattering the plastic casing around the motor. The seller was concerned and took immediate action to secure a refund for me. I am saddened by the broken item, but very pleased with the seller’s efforts.
