  Initially I was prepared to leave a negative review as I waited two weeks and the item hadn't even been registered to the carrier. After contacting the seller they were friendly and helpful and shipped me another device. About a month later, I finally received what I paid for. Things happen every now and then and the seller made it right for the buyer. Thank you!
