  Took 9 days to actually ship the item, as a result it missed its very generous 11 day shipping window by 3 days. Who in their right mind would think that taking 9 days to ship something is reasonable? According to eBay taking 5-30 days is acceptable to ship something. Why would anyone think that is acceptable? If you don't need your item quickly, consider buying from this seller.
