Although facility to track package was available, this was not updated which was a bit of an issue as the it was for someone else and delivered as requested to their address. I was going to to contact the seller to advise non receipt, luckily I checked with recipient first and they told me parcel had arrived.

I was told it was delivered and it wasn't when I complained they sent a random picture of someone's house I've never seen before and refused to help. Basically accused me of lying and I've been an eBay customer for over 20 years. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! They wouldn't let me leave a negative review so posted this in positive.
