  Small item was received in described condition, but almost missed it in the mail, as it was just taped to a piece of paper in a standard envelope. Just watch for it to come! The seller was very quick to respond to a question I had, which was much appreciated by me.

  Excellent, positive experience with this seller. Item was as described. Arrived with no damage in original packaging. EBay’s international postage arrangement had the item returning to the same location twice. Unsure why.

  My original purchase arrived under the estimated delivery window, but the grip arrived grimy, like someone with dirty hands had held it. Very noticeable on a yellow grip. I wrote to the seller. They apologized and said that these grips were discontinued and were new old stock. They offered to send me another, free of charge, to keep as a backup, which arrived quickly. I came away with an awesome customer experience. Kudos to the seller for making it right!! I highly recommend this seller!!
