  Item was as described. Though packed without a box, the shoes arrived without damage because they were cushioned and wrapped securely. The shoes were ordered 02 January and arrived 06 January, so shipping was relatively fast. The shipping cost increases the cost of the purchase of a used item, even at a bargain price as offered by the seller. I do not know if I would have bought this style had I seen the shoes in person & been able to try them on, but those things are no fault of the seller.

  Product is as described but in better condition than I was expecting. I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased shoes and they arrived in a shipping bag, with the shoes inside another padded mailer. Much more care than others I have recieved. It would be difficult for them to be damaged in transit. Great buy for me!
