  I had a board failure and wrote and asked for them to overnight it. Unfortunately I specified saturday delivery and it didn't get labeled saturday so I didn't get it until Monday. I asked for a refund on the extra shipping since it didn't come saturday and no arguments took care of me. So although I didn't get it asap like I want they did everything they could and I'll order again.

  Accidentally shipped the wrong item twice, great comms, timely and responsive. Seller did his best to correct. Ultimately refunded as a secomd return shipping became untenable. Lesson learned, inspect all previously sealed boxes before shipping. Both were marked "Gates 5/8" hose" but contained another rubber item or different size hose.

  The packaging was nice and tight …..had an industrial bearing inside and this made the shipping easier. The SKF bearing was as described and I felt I got value for the money.
