Communication was non-existent, but hey they sent the kit out pretty fast and I received it in 2 days. As far as the quality, I would say it's great, pretty much an all inclusive kit and I liked the fact that the O-rings were packaged individually with specified details as to where they went which will save a lot of time. When the package came nothing was Delco. All cheaper aftermarket products, the solenoids didn't even have a name brand. Seller shipped via FedFedEx but return shipping was USPS. Nothing like spending an hour finding big envelope to cover the FedEx box to return it. Got a nice genuine GM kit now for $30 more. Rough transaction but I won't give negitive feedback.
