  Correct item arrived in excellent condition (was initially taken aback by loose phone handsets in a bubble mailer, but arrived with no damage at all). Tested both handsets and they work great with the existing phone system. Item came as described. Before ordering I tried to contact the seller with a question, but the seller chose not to accept questions; knocked a start off communication for that (I really believe everyone should be willing to answer questions). Otherwise a great experience.

  Excellent seller. I ordered a replacement cordless handset. It arrived, quickly, new, & packaged well. I had a problem registering the handset to my home base. The seller provided me with detailed instructions on the registration process, and I completed the registration. Thank you for your patience and help. Highly recommend this seller. eBay at its very BEST!!!

  I ordered AT&T phone cradles from this party and then the day they arrived I discovered that I didn't need them, because the phones I had worked once I found a phone installer who could make my old phone products work with the newer ones. I returned these to the seller that day and the seller refunded me in less than a week. I would recommend this seller because I sure her product was good, it just turned out that I didn't need it after all and the seller promptly sent my money back.

  Seller shipped my purchase very quickly & was delivered in packaging to ensure that no damage would occur in transit. Even though fairly small, the item purchased was securely packaged to survive the trip. Item was as described & depicted in the photos. Most importantly, the battery is original equipment & works in my phone & recharges correctly. The form factor of the battery is critical to my phone & works well. The seller offers excellent quality products at a fair price.
