  Returning customer here. FedEx delivered this package in the rain and it was soaking wet. Thought it was ruined. Nope! Seller had it double packaged, bubble wrapped and packed like it was going to war. Item like new and as described. People who actually care are rare these days. Great seller, I’ll be back A++++++++++

  The owners manual arrived quickly and in great shape. The manual & other documents were packaged in the original Ford sleeve as described in the post. The manual was in almost new condition and will allow me to access my vehicle’s information faster than I had been doing using an online manual. Overall a great value.
