  I purchased 2025 Tesla Model Y Juniper floor mats from this buyer, but what arrived was a very different set from what was depicted in the listing photos. When I requested a return, the seller feigned a denial of the request. Instead of rectifying the situation, they goasted me. Ultimately, I was forced to utilize the ebay buyer protection. Quality: Not as described, Condition: new but poorly made, Value: matched by cheap Universal floor mats, Appearance: CHEAP

  We have reported the customer to ebay for abusing the ebay returns process! The customer's review is not factually correct! We clearly labeled the material of the product and also uploaded the detail pictures, the product we sent to the customer is as described. Also, we agreed to the customer's return request in case the customer did not accept a partial refund. The customer did not return the product but left us the negtive review in an attempt to coerce us into giving him a full refund.
