  The item looks exactly like in the photos, down to the hairpiece in the hair. The shipping time was great, they shipped same day I think, if not then the day after. As for value, I do think that it wasn't the best deal, but it wasn't overpriced either! It was just standard for the item. The packaging was good, nothing arrived broken, though it may be best to consider bubble wrapping or something in the future for extra protection. I only say that bc I have had similar items break from no wrap.

  I ordered this item by mistake - my error completely - I realized as soon as I placed order that I already had it. I notified seller right away - I am happy to say he accepted my cancellation without question, and refunded all of my money, even though technically he did not have to. I would be happy to go back to this seller again, and happy to recommend him without any reservation. It was good item - I just did not need 2 of them.

  This seller was great to work with. They answered any and all questions that I had. My package arrived in a very timely manner and damage.
